Beyond his academic achievements, Steve is a Certified Public Manager, and enriched his leadership skills through the FDOT Leadership Academy, the Florida Engineering Leadership Institute (FELI), and the AASHTO Executive Leadership Institute.
Steve’s career includes a tapestry of roles, each marked by his dedication and positive impact. Embarking in Roadway Design, he laid the foundation for his intricate understanding of transportation systems.
