- An in depth case study review of a project for Missouri DOT where the Deep Injection process was utilized on an emergency repair project to stabilize the subbase of a stretch of asphalt pavement along US 65.
Rex Klentzman
Rex Klentzman Graduated from Texas A&M University in 2003 with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. He is the Director of Engineering for URETEK USA and in that role he provides engineering support on polymer grouting projects across the nation. Rex is a licensed Professional Engineer in multiple states and also coordinates with local engineers regarding URETEK projects. He started in the polymer grouting industry in the late 90’s as an instillation technician while attending Texas A&M and returned to URETEK in 2014 to lead the engineering team. His experience and understanding of the URETEK ground improvement process puts him at the forefront of the industry.
Derek Berthelot
Derek Berthelot is the Southeast Regional Project Manager for URETEK USA. Derek begin working in the ground improvement and foundation repair industries in 2006 as a project manager for Jericho of Louisiana, a shoring contractor focused on elevating homes in New Orleans post Hurricane Katrina. Derek began work in with URETEK in 2015 working in a similar roll on the west coast, representing the companies interest in the California, Arizona and Nevada markets. Derek graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University in 2007 with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
